Papaya or Mango Salsa for Fish

Papaya or Mango Salsa for Fish

1 Papaya or 2 mangos cubed
¼ C chopped sweet onions
¼ C. Cilantro chopped
¼ c. lime or lemon juice
1 T. fresh mint chopped or drop of flavor
1 T. Vegetable oil
¼ t. Red pepper flakes (optional)

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate to meld flavors.
