Snickerdoodles

1 C. Butter
1 1/2 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
2 3/4 C.Flour
2 t. Cream of tartar
1 t. Soda
1/4 Salt

2 T. Sugar
2 t. Cinnamon

Cream butter and sugar and add eggs. Add rest of dry ingredients down to the salt. Mix. Then mix 2 T. of sugar and the 2 t. of cinnamon together in a pie plate. Roll batter into balls and roll in cinnamon and sugar and bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 min.
