Double Gingered Cookies

3/4 C. Butter
1 C. Brown sugar
1 Egg
1/4 C. Molasses
2 t. Baking soda
1 t. Cinnamon
1 t. Ground ginger
1/2 t. Ground cloves
1/4 t. Salt
6 Oz. Chopped candied ginger
2 1/4 C. Flour

Cream, Mix roll in balls or drop from 1 T. cookie scooper and roll in granulated sugar. Bake 8 min. st 350 degrees.
