1 C. Butter
2 t. Cinnamon
2 T. Molasses
2 Eggs
1 1/2 t. Baking soda
1 C. Raisins
2 t. Salt
2 t. Vanilla
2 C. Sugar
2 C. Rolled oats
2 C. Flour
Cream, mix drop on parchment covered cookie sheets or use 'silpat'- typesheets. These cookies are moist and chewy and hard to get off cookie sheet. Remove from oven when still puffy and let cool some on the sheet. They will ball up if you try and remove them too soon. I just greased the pans for years and as this is my husbands favorite cookie put up with the mess they caused when trying to get them off the cookie sheet. Parchment paper and silpat type sheets have made these cookies much easier.
