I'm into cookies this week and that's not good for me, but with the increase in prices of school lunches I've been making more cookies. And all who read this hopefully know that when I say flour I always use whole wheat pastry flour. It's ground from soft white wheat and always makes the cookies a little healthier. Of course making them from fresh ingredients and making them yourself is always healthier. Here's to eating ONE cookie....or not. Find joy in cooking for your family!
